Ibn Killis, Yakub ben Yusuf

(930-91)
   Egyptian statesman. He was born in Baghdad and first settled in Palestine. Later he went to Egypt and converted to Islam. He served several caliphs, and as vizier reorganized the administrative system of the Fatimid caliphate.
